My page is continuously evolving, as I learn about website management, specifically what goes into building and maintaining a website, and write about my experiences on personal development, well-being, life as an administrator (executive assistant), places I’ve visited, to name a few.
I decided to pursue this blog as a way of:
- Documenting my life and what I’m experiencing.
- Providing an avenue for a creative outlet and producing content, whether it is through posts or resources that I develop for others to use.
- Challenging myself, and encouraging you, to continue working towards being a better version of ourselves.
The name Venturesome Violet came about from the expression “shrinking violet.” According to theidioms.com, the a shrinking violet “typically refers to someone who is shy, timid, or reserved in social situations.” This can also allude to a person who lacks confidence. I strive to become the opposite of that and to become more self-confident and less shy. 🙂
